## Service data / サービスで取り扱う情報

We process the inputs and outputs needed to deliver the requested inference or
generation. Account identifiers, authentication information, usage, transaction
references and operational records support access control, billing, reliability
and abuse prevention. Stripe handles card payments; complete card numbers are
not stored in Murakumo's application ledger.

推論・生成の実行に必要な入力と出力を処理します。アカウント識別子、認証情報、
利用量、決済参照情報、運用記録は、アクセス制御、請求、安定運用、不正利用防止に
使用します。カード決済は Stripe が処理します。

## Research and model improvement / 研究とモデル改善

Ordinary API use does not authorize use of your prompts, images, video, audio or
responses to train, fine-tune, distil or evaluate models. Research may use
operational measurements such as token counts, latency and failure categories;
these measurements are distinct from request and response content.

A separate content-contribution program is not currently enabled. Before enabling
one, we will disclose its specific purpose, recipients, retention period and
withdrawal/deletion process and obtain explicit, separately recorded consent.
Consent to evaluation will not be treated as consent to training. A client header
or a provider-routing preference alone is not enrollment in that program.

意味しません。研究にはトークン数、遅延、失敗の分類などの運用計測を使用できます。
本文を提供いただく研究プログラムは現在無効です。有効化する前に、目的、提供先、
保持期間、撤回・削除方法を示し、独立した明示的同意を記録します。
評価への同意を学習への同意として扱いません。

## Retention boundaries / 保持と削除の範囲

- The direct synchronous inference path records usage measurements without
  prompt or completion text in its run record. Its recent-cost view is bounded
  to 200 records. This bound is not a deletion guarantee for immutable storage,
  authentication, billing, infrastructure logs or third-party providers.
- Deferred inference stores inputs and results so jobs can run later. The
  current job view removes content when its seven-day deadline is checked.
  This is expiry and redaction of the current view, not verified physical
  erasure from historical blocks or backups.
- Generation services can retain output artifacts and references. There is no
  service-wide guaranteed numeric erasure deadline for these artifacts or for
  historical accounting records. Contact us for the applicable route and data.
- A content identifier (CID) does not itself make data public. Data actually
  published or copied to public networks may remain available from independent
  copies after removal of a reference under our control.

同期推論の利用記録には、入力・出力の本文を含めません。ただし、直近200件という
表示・集計の上限は、保存履歴や請求記録を含む全体の削除保証ではありません。
遅延実行は入力・結果を保持し、7日の期限確認時に現在の表示から本文を除きます。
履歴ブロックやバックアップからの物理消去を実証したものではありません。
生成物や請求記録には、サービス全体で保証する一律の消去期限はありません。
公開ネットワーク上に実際に公開・複製されたデータは、当社管理下の参照を削除しても
第三者のコピーが残る場合があります。

## Processing locations and providers / 処理場所と提供先

Murakumo operates its fleet as the primary compute infrastructure, including
nodes in Japan. Cloudflare provides the public gateway and network services.
Depending on the requested model and configured route, inference may instead
be processed by a Hugging Face endpoint, Modal backup, or an external provider
through OpenRouter. A model name alone does not prove fleet execution or a
particular processing country. These external routes also involve the relevant
provider's handling of submitted content.

Job metadata and artifacts may involve kotobase.net and object storage such as
Backblaze B2. Stripe processes payment-related data. Processing can occur outside
your country. We do not claim a single processing region or service-wide zero
data retention. Contact us before submitting data that requires a particular
location, retention guarantee or processing agreement.

主な計算基盤は日本のノードを含む Murakumo fleet です。Cloudflare が公開ゲートウェイ
とネットワークを提供します。モデルと経路の設定によっては Hugging Face、予備の
Modal、OpenRouter 経由の外部提供者が入力を処理します。モデル名だけでは、fleet
での処理や特定の国での処理を保証しません。モデル・経路ごとに外部提供者の取り扱いも
適用されます。処理国の固定やサービス全体のゼロ保持は保証していません。

## Requests and changes / お問い合わせと変更

You may contact j@awai.network to request information, access, correction,
deletion or restriction of processing. We verify authority over the relevant
account or data and explain any technical, contractual or legally required
retention limits. If another application submitted your data, its operator may
need to initiate the request. We do not promise removal of independent public
copies. Material changes to purposes or handling will be reflected in this notice;
a new research purpose does not retroactively authorize reuse of past traffic.
